The grid connected system comes live when the external power is switched off. It can either be run in grid connected or off-grid mode. In the off-grid mode, the system comes live when the user switches on the system using the touchscreen.

Space heating for colder climates

The fuel cell generates exhaust hot air as a by-product. The air comes out at a comfortable temperature of 45oC which can be used for space heating purposes in cold climates.  The high pressure hydrogen cylinders should be kept outdoors and only the low pressure hydrogen line will be supplying the gas into the power cabinet. The combined heat and electrical power generation efficiency of the system is 94%.

Output Power

AC Power (230 VAC, 50 Hz, single phase) The power generated by the device is converted to AC Power and is made available as a 230 VAC, 50 Hz single phase. The number and type of sockets (5A or 16A) can be designed as per the customer requirements.

DC Power (12V or 36V or 48V) The power generated by the device can be delivered as a firm output of 12V or 36V or 48V. The required output voltage has to be specified while placing the order for the system. This option can only be used as an off-grid solution. It is not compatible with the grid which runs on AC voltage.

SAFETY

Overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent and short circuit protection.

Hydrogen sensors detect the minutest possible leaks in the system and take correct corrective action by shutting down of the system and by shutting down the main source of hydrogen.

Integrated sensors connected to Alarms and beepers to alert the user and take corrective action. Information relayed to remote monitoring system.

Temperature monitoring and protection of individual components

SYSTEM RUGGEDNESS

The construction of the system is extremely rugged with a sturdy steel frame. The outer panels are made of sheet metal for better impact resistance. The system is designed to be easy to manoeuvre with castor wheels. Once the system is placed at the intended location the solid supports can be engaged with lift up the castor wheels and lock the system in place.

REMOTE MONITORING

Our Remote monitoring system delivers real time information about your system via a user-friendly interface. It enables proactive maintenance and trouble shooting by collecting and analysing performance data remotely

Real Time Data
All the important system parameters such as remaining hydrogen, battery status and current power generation can be accessed. The user can be monitor the system status from a geographically different location and take necessary action if required.

Trends
All system historical data is also available for analysis or understanding of performance over a period of time. The data of fuel cell performance, system performance, hydrogen consumption, efficiency can be read and analyzed if required. The general user will have access to all the high-level information via an easy-to-understand interface.
